This was my initial visit to Mallard Creek Family Dentistry, and they "hit the ball out of the park". The onboarding process was a bit lengthy and communication could be improved, but once I got past that... it was smooth sailing.

When I arrived for check-in, the receptionist (guess) offered me a $149 special offer for a complete mouth x-ray, cleaning and examination by the Dentist. I was very happy to accept the offer. The entire process of x-rays, cleaning, polishing, examination, etc. took an hour and a half.

Gina, my dental hygienist, did a very thorough exam and cleaning. She was very thoughtful and considerate of me, but she was brutal on the plaque, and I love that! She was professional, knowledgeable, and very good at her job; and she was funny too.

When she finished, Dr. Rankin stopped by for her initial examination of my x-rays, and full mouth exam. She was very clear and concise on explaining everything to me, and answered all my questions and concerns. She showed genuine concern for how I feel about my smile. Previous Dentists I've been too spent 5 mins or less with me during the exam, but Dr. Rankin spent over 20 mins with me and Gina. Impressive.

The entire staff was friendly and professional. The office was exceptionally clean; even the men's restroom was spotless. That is amazing! I will make another appointment, and recommend MCFD to my friends and family.

Dr. Rankin, Gina, Wende, and the whole team at Mallard Creek Family Dentistry make visits to the dentist comfortable, convenient, and even (sometimes) relaxing! Gina takes so much care to get to know her patients and provides amazing hygiene services and advice; Dr. Rankin is thorough, kind, and knowledgeable; and Wende and the admin team are so warm and helpful. They make every effort to make your visit pleasant and do a thorough job of helping with finance options.
